Not getting any response from Support?

    I guess we are all having our problems with support. I myself bought the imperial edition played the early access. I assumed they would charge the 14.99 at release. I had 30 bucks in the bank entered my card info and it said it failed so i tried 2 more times to enter it failing all 3 times i look at my bank statment they withdrew 14.99 3 times overdrafting my account after 2 days of support tickets and asking for a phone call i got nadda just 1 reply 1 or 2 hrs after the first reply not a very good start to a long awaited game. My self and one other guild mate our having issues with this and being unable to play is making us both fall behind. I hope they do something soon

    To be honest its horror stories like this that make people not want to use Credit Cards in the first place, which is why i never will.

    You realize that they did not say they used a credit card? It sounds like they used a debit card linked to a bank account.

    I would never use anything but a credit card for something like this.

    I know the haters won't care, I just hope that a single dev see this and does something before more people quit what is otherwise a fine fine mmo.

    Two comments on your post...

    First, we now have confirmation that our characters will survive, at least for a while, if we do not pay the subscription fee. There was some debate prior to release about this.

    Second, if you pre-ordered, your subscription ends in the early part of May. In the early part of April, your message is not much of a threat since you can change your mind at any time this month with absolutely no consequences. You can even do it quietly, without making a big deal about it, and almost nobody will notice.

    Man, you are so lucly you could get that responce, and only afer 1 day of waiting, and still worried???

    A lot of ppl (me encluded) cant get nothing but a auto-bot FAQ info in return to their issues for like 5 days now. Whatever i asked for, whatever i said, I keep getting the FAQ info in return, after 48+ hours, of course.

    I had even sent them the information you've been asked for, since I saw this form a few days before. Just wonder if they will just send me FAQ again =)

    Its now 08/05/14 was four days ago, i started with support, the pm was yesterday but my troubles started 4 days ago.

    So at least now we can confirm that if you sign up, give them subscription info, and then quit, it is possible to get out of the mandatory required obligatory subscription before the 30 days are up.
