error with address problem like everyone else
since zenimax isnt paying any attention to the large threads that we all just added our names to as also having the same problem. and no information, or ever acknowledgement of there being a problem, i've decided to also add a thread. maybe if there are pages of threads with basically the same title, it will catch someones eye in support. frankly, i dont have much hope of that at this point.
i'll give them 24 more hours to at least post they're aware of the problem. after that, i'll call my bank and dispute the charge for the game and tell them to refuse any charges from zenimax in the future. ironic i know, using my cc company to get my money back from a company that wont take my money.

UN1CR0NSoul Shriven"invalid address" when you try to put in your card info? happening to me too. I'm not sure if you've tried, but make sure you're not using any abbreviations. make sure everything is spelled perfectly. and grab a copy of you bank statement to verify everything matches. it didn't work for me, but I guess it's working for some other people. good luck, bud.0

i bought the game from eso's store. the address was already there. i called my bank and checked to make sure there were no changes made. the problem is with zenimax.0
