I was playing in Cyrodiil and then I was logged out due to inactivity. When I came back to the game and logged in, the character screen came up, I chose my character and then I get to the loading screen.

My issue is that when I get to the loading screen, it doesn't load. I have tried 4 times, but each time I try, it sits on the loading screen for over 10 minutes. I am writing this as the game is trying to load and it has currently been 15 minutes and the game still is not coming up. I dont know if its because I logged out in Cyrodiil or what but nothing is working.

Why is my game not loading up? How do I fix this?
