If it is a bug and they are not quite sure the problem just say so, say you are working on it. Say the problem. Communicate. After ZOS has been trying to make strides In communication with the players they are being very silent and just shunning players. Feels bad.

Nope it's a bug watch this vid... If you're trying to tell me that not being able to teleport to shade that you can see few feets away is intended then lag in Cyrodiil is also intended.
