Scan through the threads on this forum and you'll see people waiting 5+ days unable to log in to their account without any response whatsoever.So I have requested a call from zenimax twice with the only information being that I would be waiting "more than an hour" I sent a request to be emailed and have not gotten a response there either.
I tried that this morning first thing, thought I somehow sleep walked to my computer and messed up my login...got the same result it allows me to update my password but not get into the account.Well, it let me go through the "Reset Password" routine just now.
All the way up to the part where it says sign into your account with the new password.
Still, with new password, suspended from the site, still cant log into the game.
Not only can't you log in, but you can't log in to the site to cancel your subscription. So unless it gets fixed or you do a chargeback, you're going to continue to be billed for a service you can't even use.Still, with new password, suspended from the site, still cant log into the game.
