My account has been suspended?

I woke up this morning and tried to login, the game said my information was wrong so I went to the website. It says that I have been suspended from the site, there is no email no correspondence at all about why my account has been suspended. I haven't even gotten to play a single day of my paid time with this game yet and its immensely frustrating to try to get on first thing in the morning and run into this.

    Have you submitted a support ticket? Did you register your game codes?

    Are you aware of all the rules set in Nirn since it took off online?
    Please make sure you are aware of all the rules, IF you're sure you've done nothing wrong i'd suggest making a ticket.

    I have sent a ticket, I did register my account and was charged 14.99 already for my first month, I have broke no rules and even if I had I would expect some kind of notification of said broken rule

    So I have requested a call from zenimax twice with the only information being that I would be waiting "more than an hour" I sent a request to be emailed and have not gotten a response there either.
    We are now coming up on 24 hours and I cannot use my account, I paid 80 for my Imperial Edition paid for my girlfriends standard of 60 and paid the first months sub for my account, a total of 154.00+tax and got to play for a total of two days from release and have gotten zero response or communication from you guys. I can understand things take time but even a form email sent to me saying "we got your email/phone request someone will contact you" would be amazing right about now.

    Ha, good luck. Scan through the threads on this forum and you'll see people waiting 5+ days unable to log in to their account without any response whatsoever.

    But I'm sure they will be right on time to bill you when the 30 days run out.

    They were on time to bill me up front too. Paying my 14.99 before I have gotten my "free" 30 days was a slap in the face but now getting 2 days of play for 155 bucks is going to cause me to call my bank and dispute those 3 charges, and I really really want to play this game.

    I am in the same boat as you zquirrelz. I got home this evening after a late day at work, (I was supposed to be on vacation playing this game, but... stuff happens, raid arrays fail, servers crash and people need help.) I went to log in and it gave me the "Your login information is incorrect"
    Tried to log into account information and I received the error "You have been suspended from the site."
    Wha?
    I set up the account information for a subscription on Saturday evening, and had no problems logging into the game yesterday, and every thing worked till the wee hours of this morning.
    This evening.... "Your login information is incorrect"
    "You have been suspended from the site."
    Nothing in the Email.
    So I did a check with "forgot my login name" and got a verification reminder sent to that same Email address. No problems there......
    So, have I been hacked and then been banned? Is my credit card at risk? Was there a brute force attempt at the account information login because someone grabbed my Account Name from zone chat?
    Please Zenimax. Let me know what is going on.

    Edit: Well, it let me go through the "Reset Password" routine just now.
    All the way up to the part where it says sign into your account with the new password.
    Still, with new password, suspended from the site, still cant log into the game.

    I tried that this morning first thing, thought I somehow sleep walked to my computer and messed up my login...got the same result it allows me to update my password but not get into the account. :( and still no answers, no information no email.

    Seems like it's a very bad after sales service. When they don't want to reply to my email they just send me a survey

    Not only can't you log in, but you can't log in to the site to cancel your subscription. So unless it gets fixed or you do a chargeback, you're going to continue to be billed for a service you can't even use.
