Usually we see Hodor beating hard mode dungeons by now in the pts. I still haven't seen any forums threads or videos. Can Hodor not beat it anymore? Are they not the best? I thought they were good.

It is not. It depends on a lot of factors.
From the pure damage perspective, khajiit, dunmer and orc are very close. Redguard and bosmer too because of their capability to run blue food.PC EU
