Is there any reason to not run symphony of blades on all of your characters?

Sustain won't ever be a problem again, and if it isn't you who's low on resources, you'll help a friend. This set seems extremely OP.

Doesn't proc off self heals if I understand correctly.
Great in groups that fight away from the rest of the faction to keep sustaining each other, but not for solo or zerging.

Does it include yourself getting self heal proc?
Anyway pretty obvious set for healer.

It does not proc on yourself and this is intended.

It's still crazy strong. One existing rapid regen tick will restore an ally from 50% to 100% on their primary resource in seconds.
