You're actually making some good choices here with the direction of this patch.

Good job, Rob.

Rob, Gilliam, Jebus. Whoever. It's a group effort and I reckon they are doing a great job with the changes so far! Small tweaks are needed, even they know that im sure. So I can't wait to see future PTS updates.

Keep up the great job everyone

Although Gilliam doesn’t bode well for the continued Stamblade meta ;) Where’s my 15 seconds of major fracture?

All they´d have to do is strip defile from incap and snipe tbh.

think its wheeler but ya pts is pretty decent, not alot of changes but im ok with the changes they have. Was hoping for something to increase sorc sustain and make heavy armor meta a little less strong.

The changes done are good and pushing the game in the right direction.
I can see them take on stuff patch by patch and not all in one.

But i´m pretty positive for the future, the new team or the new goals/philosophy they go for are pretty sexy.

And give every build a means to deal with perma-dodging and the three-dimensional-through-solid-objects-teleporting

And remove the stupid broken "spin 2 win” meta. And, while they are there, tune bleed builds down a little bit, especially master's axes.

I mean you could say that, and its probably true in part...but these little tweaks as opposed to big sweeping changes only started after Rob

Thats a good thing though. We do need to give ZOS credit where it's due and smaller, less heavy handed changes is one thing we have been asking for and I really do appreciate it. They could have nerfed master DW into oblivion but that would be stupid since people should be rewarded for not only getting those weapons but also sacrificing a 5 pc bonus on that bar. ZOS does do a lot of things right you know, its like that movie Bruce Almighty where Morgran Freeman says something like, "When you do things right, people won't realize you've done anything at all." And I think that holds true here.

It would help if the three-dimensional-through-solid-objects-teleporting actually worked reliably.

From a pvp perspective idk how you can consider this patch good.

Races: nothing exciting, same old “a buff if you have xx a nerf if you have yy”

    New items?

2 really good proc sets (36k tooltip icy boy, an insanely high uptime of minor vulnerability the second)

2 monster set that are screaming permablock

Deconstruct material the medium ones (same old fury/seventh legion build,so thrilled)

No changes to mobility for classes like magplar/dk who are, after the nerf to speed pots, slower than ever

No changes in meta tiers ( still stamwarden or gtfo for smallscaling)

I think wrobel did a good job last patch and the game was fairly balanced and going in the right direction, but this patch is very disappointing. It’s like repeating the same mistakes (procs & permablock) and with a patch every 4 months you can’t say “we’re focusing on next chapter to make gameplay changes” because the game is stagnating.
