Level 50 Main quest. Where is it?

I am currently veteran rank 1 and stuck in Coldharbour quest The Final Assault. Task Find a path through the statue room and there is a quest NPC named Gabrielle Benele that can't be interacted with. ( Yes i have tried relogging multiple times).
I cant progress trough couldhabour and I have not gotten any level 50 main quest thou I did get a mail from system that told me I need to complete the level 50 main quest to get to veteran content. This was without any clues as to how to get the level 50 main quest and I have completed all the main quest and both fighter and mage guild quests lines.
What am I supposed to do to get the level 50 main quest and why do you not fix the uninteractable quest npc:s?

Tai✭✭A lot of us are having the same issue. Earlier there were at least 15 players in that room together with a broken NPC. Reloadui , relogging, nothing solved the problem.

ZahSoul ShrivenI ported out to the nearest wayshrine and ran trough the place again to the same room and I got to speak with the NPC so I managed to do the quest.0

This does not work.
The NPC ain't responding, however when you hover her you see her name; Gabrielle Benele, but you just can't talk to her..
Any fix on this issue yet? Like 20-30 people standing around her now..0
