Worst Customer Support/Forums of any MMO ive played
- No option to sort by Date in forum search (date started or last post)
- No option to filter languages in forum search.
- Forum Mods constantly respond to the same issues and not address new ones.
- Responses from Forum Mods are not the same as customer support.
- Customer Support Closing tickets and and emailing "issue resolved" about completely unrelated subjects.
- Making people have NEXT MONTHS payment in their bank accounts to activate FREE game time.
- No easy to find information on how to repair a game client manualy.

just thought i would share this off of the FAQ section of this site, the "if its not working, turn it off and then turn it back on" response is pretty pathetic.
When I try to log into the game, I get the error "Login Error: Login Timeout." What should I do?

Players who are attempting to log into The Elder Scrolls Online client and receiving the error "Login Error: Login Timeout" should perform the following steps:
1. Log out of the game
2. Close the launcher
3. Re-open the launcher
4. Allow the launcher to completely install any updates
5. Log in to the game0 -
Cant play the game because you preordered the imperial retail(most expensive) edition. Don't forget that one.1
