ERROR 207: Has anyone had luck with UN/REinstalling?

sss_SiN✭this did not, a friend logged onto my account on his computer but I am already in the process of reinstalling again. I am going to try setting a static ip adress and hope that + another ip logging into my account will let me get on once i am done reinstalling.0
