Worst Customer Support/Forums of any MMO ive played

  • No option to sort by Date in forum search (date started or last post)
  • No option to filter languages in forum search.
  • Forum Mods constantly respond to the same issues and not address new ones.
  • Responses from Forum Mods are not the same as customer support.
  • Customer Support Closing tickets and and emailing "issue resolved" about completely unrelated subjects.
  • Making people have NEXT MONTHS payment in their bank accounts to activate FREE game time.
  • No easy to find information on how to repair a game client manualy.

    just thought i would share this off of the FAQ section of this site, the "if its not working, turn it off and then turn it back on" response is pretty pathetic.


    When I try to log into the game, I get the error "Login Error: Login Timeout." What should I do?

    Players who are attempting to log into The Elder Scrolls Online client and receiving the error "Login Error: Login Timeout" should perform the following steps:

    1. Log out of the game
    2. Close the launcher
    3. Re-open the launcher
    4. Allow the launcher to completely install any updates
    5. Log in to the game

    Cant play the game because you preordered the imperial retail(most expensive) edition. Don't forget that one.
