Everytime i hit the play button i get the below error

I tried searching and saw where you are supposed to go in and change something with the DEP for Windows on the file but when I click the file eso.exe it says DEP cannot be turned off for the file...0 -
ArctosaSoul ShrivenI had to turn it off for all programs and free up memory to get mine working. Some reason it thought it was taking way to much memory and thought it was a illegal application. But you cannot turn it off for that individual file.0
