Writ of Valid Credentials lorebook from Summerset has been unobtainable after the quest since launch of summerset, aka almost a year now. I have reported it a hundred times ingame and on the forum, and mentioned it each and every PTS cycle.
Couldn't you for effing sake fix this book already so people can actually collect it.

But I guess you were too busy overnerfing Dunmers, right.

    This probably should be in the bugs forums and not clogging up PTS, @Carbonised.

    I didn't say I wasn't interested in it.

    I did say that you posted in the wrong forums when it is clearly a bug.

    Or maybe it's a direct reply to the Eidetid Memory changes of this PTS such as: "Quests
    The Pierced Note from Veya can now be read by anyone who finishes the “Family Reunion” quest in Vvardenfell."

    There are plenty of much more off topic threads on the PTS forum, such as the one about Arena weapons, which has nothing to do with this PTS cycle, so quit bashing on mine.
