The so called authorization check is bogus...

They claim that every account will see a "temporary" deduction on accounts during an authorization check. Well that pending transaction became a posted transaction as of this morning, meaning they have actually withdrawn money from my account and not just set it aside in a pending status. So much for 30 days of game time with purchase. Looks like money grabbing is still king.
