Cheating being promoted by zos?

Added a Loading Screen Tip: "Once you've begun a light attack, you can immediately activate an ability from your skill bar without interrupting that light attack."

Animation cancelling is cheating. Yet Zos are promoting it? I can't believe it... This is disgusting. I'm seriously considering cancelling my sub after seeing this.

    I hate animation cancelling and wish it wasn't in the game, but come on. It can't be cheating if the developers are actively promoting and endorsing it.

    It's not cheating. ZOS made this clear years ago.

    Light attack weaving is an integral part of the combat systems design. Even if the game does a *** job of telling new players both how to do it, and stressing the importance of doing it to get even slightly OK dps.

    Block casting meanwhile I consider to be a dumb as *** exploit for PVP burst ***.

    Animation cancelling no matter ones personal feelings on it is not considered cheating or exploiting, labelling it so is just spreading misinformation.
    Light attack weaving (what the loading screen mentions) has become a core part of ESO's action base gameplay now.

    Fast and fluid combat isn’t everyone’s taste apparently. I can’t understand why one would want to play a game where you’d have to wait for the animation to finish. It would be incredibly boring.

    Don't mind it has an good mouse so :)
    Still more novice players should be informed of it.
    Also inform on impotants of AoE.

    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    animations were never intended and should be deleted, or all who use them banned!!

    Using macro keys is actually a disadvantage in most cases, because it locks you into actions you may want/need to cancel on the fly due to changing conditions of a fight.

    Most good players have just practised weaving so much it's second nature to them now.

    Ahhh, beautiful. Now every time someone claims that weaving is an unintended mechanic I will just post that absolutely tremendous tip and a screenshot of the same line in new player rewards.

    Zos has been pressured into this by the god awful elitist community we have on this game. It is an exploit, Zos know it, but the elitists on this game have forced Zos's hand. Now they are ACTIVELY PROMOTING CHEATING?

    It's a super basic concept that requires very little effort and in fact flows smoothly with the combat system in this game. But its cheating?? Ok by all means UNSUB, this clearly isn't working out.

    Well you have not used one then.

    Key macros, one button click act as two or more commands i.e ability + light attack
