I'm fortunate enough that my girl is waiting on me to level together.
I feel terrible that her subscription timer is counting down while I am unable to log into game, but I appreciate her thoughtfulness.
I feel your pain OP, albeit in a different way.

Why is it Zenimax's issue that your friends decided to leave you behind?

I'm hoping mine appreciates my thoughtfulness too.I'm sure she does. But I'm not wasting my subscription time, I'm just exploring the other starting zones, and getting to know the game.

Give me 1% of the xp the second time around, i don't care. But don't make it so friends have to create special dates with each other to casually have fun in a multiplayer game. It is stupid.
I can understand your frustration...but Zenimax really doesn't have any control over third party retailers. A lot of them underestimated the demand for this game. Shipping sometimes encounters delays. There is a big thread about this issue that states some of the retailers that are encountering delays have worked out solutions where they will give you the key before the product ships. You might want to check with the retailer and see if they have any options.

No one is stopping you from having "casual fun." Go to a major city and party. What you are asking for is to let your friends quest with you all the time. There is no reason why you shouldn't have to be around the same level for this to happen.
This isn't stopping you from chatting with your friends. If you want to be somewhere constantly with your friend, go to the mall. The mall doesn't have phasing.
daneyulebub17_ESO wrote: »I thought "travel to friend" would get you in the same phase with your friend. Phasing was more of a spread out the population thing. Have you tried traveling to friend (both of you need to do it) and you still can't see them just because they are on an earlier quest?
So you are upset because you chose "Value Shipping" which is always slower and never guaranteed to get you games on release date and you are upset? Also, they clearly state they don't ship until release date. If it is Game Stops policy not to ship the publisher has no control over it. You have no argument here with Bethesda or Zenimax, only your own expectations.

You just hate to read or something? ZOS TOLD US THAT WE WOULDN'T NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING. If ZOS wanted to make shipping earlier part of the deal to carry their product, they absolutely have the right to do so. Do you not understand how contracts work?
Furthermore, only ZOS has the power to correct this. I would be perfectly happy paying for a month now and using the code next month. ALSO WITHIN THE POWER OF ZOS. But they refuse to allow us access.
You know damn well a lot of people who ordered next day shipping didn't get it either. I have seen you trolling other people's post as well with your tired garbage. I ordered on 1/30. Why the hell should I have to pay extra shipping on a game i ordered MONTHS ahead of time. It is a stupid policy and you know it.

Can you show me where ZOS said you didnt have to worry about shipping times?
Zenimax doesn't have the ability to make 3rd party retailers borrow the Enterprise to beam your shipment to your house on release day. It follows, that you aren't going to get your installation key before the product arrives at your house, unless the retailer emails you a key first. A little common sense is required here.
A couple of other games I've missed out on launch day, because I was waiting for the UPS guy to arrive with a physical collector's edition.
Playing ESO in a holodeck would be awesome! But shipping early...generally doesn't happen. My copies of Diablo 3 and its expansion shipped the day before release (with next day shipping). Every game I've ever preordered shipped the day before release. Next day shipping was sometimes an option, other times it was not.

Can I show you a phone call??? No I can't. Your wife still won't let you play?

Whoever told you that was wrong. I personally think it didnt even happen. Nowhere did zenimax guarantee you could choose the cheapest possible shipping option and not have to worry about being in the game first day.
