Let me start by saying that I agree with most of the rest of the community that it's outrageous that you're asking for our credit card details just a few days into our "free" month. I'm in a financial position where it doesn't matter to me, but I dislike it on principal because I think it's a deceptive business practice. I really feel for those who are having their cards declined because they're on a tight budget. And before any of you corporate sycophants jump in to say that people who don't have much money shouldn't be spending it on video games, that's not the issue and its none of your damn business what other people spend their money on.
But to add insult to injury, I am unable to even enter my credit card details because I cannot get to the page where I need to enter them. I checked your "suggested solutions" and it said to enter the game code I received when I bought the game into redeem code under my account. I bought the Imperial Edition from Amazon and received the game code which I have tried to enter as instructed. When I do, I just get a message that says it's an invalid code. I therefore cannot access the page on which I am supposed to be entering my credit card details. I am copying and pasting directly so I know the code is correct.
In the meantime, I am locked out of the game that I purchased because your system won't allow me to enter my credit card details, which as far as I'm concerned shouldn't be needed at this stage anyway.
Why do I need to enter the game code to enter my credit card details? Why couldn't you just have included a way to enter the payment details from inside the account?
Very close to just saying "to hell with it" and writing off the $90 as a sunk loss.
