Accidently selected the wrong country and need it changed

Hi Zenimax,

I accidently selected 'US' as my country (thought it was for the server selection) and now I can't setup a subscription as it is expecting a US billing address when I live in Australia.

Can I please have the country on my account changed to Australia so I can setup my subscription and play?

I have logged a support ticket but didn't get an email confirmation so thought I should post here too.

My current ticket no. is: 140406-075120.

My old ticket no. was 140406-065370.

    As billing told me to contact technical support.

    Would of been nice for them to forward my support case onto them.

    Pretty disappointed that I was told to contact 'Technical Support' when I already did that and got a reply from an email called 'ESO English Support'?

    The very least is if they aren't able to change the country they could of escalated it to the correct department for me.

    Is there any admin online that can make this change for me? It's surely a pretty simple change to change the country of someone's account.

    I accidently set my country to US when setting up my account (I mistook this for the server I was going to play on).

    Getting close to 36 hours since I originally logged the request to have my country changed from 'US' to 'Australia'.

    Starting to get really disappointed.

    Not even a message from a forum admin confirming the request has been received and they are looking into it.

    Surely it is not that difficult to change the country on someone's account?

    Just to confirm I cannot currently access the game (or pay for it) until my country is changed so this should not be a low prioirty case.

    I had the same problem, and ticket emails DO NOT WORK, and neither does the Customer Service "chat". I had to place a telephone call to customer service, and then they fixed it immediately. So just skip the tickets and telephone them. It will solve your problem.
