Trying to login - no access code email?

I've been playing since early access. I now open my game to log in, but I am told I need an access code. I have yet to receive the access code email though I've been waiting for almost half an hour?

me too and i am very angry at the moment, i cant play, my statue of imperial edition was broken, no bonuses for pre buy!! top game but support is very bad!! (at the moment) i hope you will be make the support better very fast then TESO has the chance to be the best mmo overall!

Lol - im playing and in zone change it kicks me off - afterwards i cant login. Now i get no access code - but i do get email for paying for the next ½ year - lol!
