What the title says. I know no one died in our group and it was on Veteran but no achievement. Is this a known bug? Thanks!

    You sure you killed all the necessary bosses in the dungeon for it?

    Thanks, that might be it. I think we did skip a boss in the large room where you fight the draugr. The one you have to right after the staircase instead of left when proceeding through the dungeon.
