bumping.. wtf bad enough you double charged me for the game 3 months ago and had to get visa after you to get my money back... Atleast Blizzard resolves problems with in an hour on the PHONE for Customer Support !
Have you opened a ticket? If not, do it ASAP as the volume is... hah, high. If you HAVE opened a ticket, avoid replying to the email you get unless prompted, or to re-open a ticket that you think was falsely closed. Basically, replying seems to tell the system you're re-opening the ticket and move you to the bottom of the queue or something.
Sorry. They will eventually get to you, I know it's frustrating but once you get beyond the first tier reps they're pretty helpful.
I already been through the song and dance when they double charged me not going to wait 3 days for a ticket response... Back to WoW I go ..what a waste of 80$ for 5 days of play !
