Error 207 when logging in "Incorrect credentials, please try again in 10 minutes."

I keep trying to login, with my correct password and username, and it gives me me the same error message (Error 207). This has been happening for the past 2 hours and it says try again in 10 minutes. Can somebody help me please?

I can log in on my other computer so if you have that option go for it. The problem is my spare laptop does not run efficient enough to enjoy the game. I'm guessing the error is set to our IP.
