Having some trouble with subscription due to my prepaid card.

I have to use a prepaid Visa card for things, and supposedly PayPal/ESO doesn't support recurring payments with them. Is there a way I can maybe get my account "lifted" from having to set up a subscription first so I can have my 30 days I got from pre-ordering? I plan on just using time cards in the mean time, but I'd rather not have to go out and get one right now just to be able to start.
I messaged support about it last night, but have yet to get a response and would really like it if I could enjoy the game for now. I'm sorry I don't have a way to "prove" billing info or anything at the moment, but that's just the way things go I suppose. Could I maybe get a response for this from a support person on the forum?

otomodachi✭✭✭Short answer, maybe not.
Long answer, the first response to your ticket may be somewhat inaccurate to your problem. If your ticket is closed, just reply and it should re-open the ticket, and sometime after that you'll actually get to talk to someone. Only reply once, as multiple times can possibly move you to the bottom of the queue.

Monkeywithtacos✭✭✭I just "bit the bullet" and went the paypal route.... it was that or sit around pissed off because I wasn't able to play....Of course I'm not planning on leaving the game in the foreseeable future so paying for the second month up front wasn't a big deal for me.... But I do hope they resolve the issue....0 -
