I buy the game 29/01/2014 and cant play now?
i buyed the game on 29/01, i liked the game, played till sunday when i discovered i cant play becouse i dont have a credit card to activate my subscription plan,
im here to ask if can add other payment plans so i can buy subscription by them:

They are both from Brazil and really trusted payment companies.
I am staying now weeks without playing just becouse i dont have a credit card? and theres no sites selling game time card, and i only got paypal, visa and mastercard options to activate my subscription plan...
I ordered a credit card but now is like a month till i get it.
I have the imperial edition key and the explorer pack key i thought with those i would be able to activate my time...
I contacted the support from email and they sayd i must activate my subscription but i sayd i cant on the message its like an automatic message dont even read my message.
Whats the point of pre odering a game if on the launch we cant even play it? wats the point of giving 5 -6 days early acess??
We should be able to get the 30 day game time with the imperial edition or standard edition serial key only..

The support system is terrible. I've had many different problems and the response I get is always the same.1 -
otomodachi✭✭✭If you got an email and the ticket was closed wrongly, you need to reply the email and it'll re-open the ticket and I THINK also escalate it. My experience was much better once my ticket is escalated. Only reply once, though, as multiple replies might continue sending you to the end of the line.
I know it's frustrating.

Hi guys i found a site that i can pay without credit card but its only 60 day game time card, i am buying today and pay tomorrow so in like 2-3 days i can play,
