I have a question. Just received an email from ESO that I do not know if it is from you all. The email address it says it is from is "teso_help@mailmw.custhelp.com". I ask as it is wanting me to reply to it if I have questions about the "special offer" of buy one get one free for ESO plus. I find it hard to trust emails that don't match the sender.

I got smth like that last year. It looked suspicious, so I put a ticket to ask if it was a true offer. And it was legitimate. I bought 3 months of eso+ and got 1 month for free hehe
