Error 207 Account Locked - Please Help (says wait 10min, been over 2 hours)

Hi team,
With the recent refresh on the Authenticator, I received two codes (one for the EU and one for the NA, as I was logging in to EU at the time), or so I thought. When the NA server came up and I went to log in to the NA server apparently neither code worked and I had not received a new one for a while. About 20 minutes later the new one came (must have invalidated the others when it was generated) but I am locked out of my account for "10 minutes" because I entered in the "wrong" authenticator codes.
Its been now 30 minutes and counting and I still cant log in to my account. Please help me unlock it. Thanks!

Shazz✭✭I am going to try deleting some client side files and repairing. Its not even trying to check credentials or connect to the server, just instantly flashing this lock out screen.0

Shazz✭✭So far no luck on experimentational deleting of files. I can log in to the EU server fine, I wonder if some file or setting in the NA server folder is keeping it stuck in this state...0
