There is a boxed standard version just no physical CE.

So let me get this straight; influencers got a decent looking 'physical' collectible through 'digital' social media chans, but us - who are willing to pay hard dollars to get even a knockoff lookin' 'Elseweire' thingy to put on the shelf ( next to all that came & was bought before) - are bound to purchase a year worth of only bits 'n bites?

While I am disappointed I can understand ZOS doesn't want a repeat of last year where most retailers didn't provide pre-order codes along with the CD code.
