Oh, thanks to both of you! That being the case means I'll only have to download whatever lands before I get the box.... unlike starting to play last year, when it took me a couple weeks to get a stick from a friend with his whole (80GB) game folder on it....

✭Now that's disappointing. I skipped Morrowind CE because I generally disliked dwemer centurions, but was more than happy with Summerset! I imagined a very nice dragon(s) statue now. Oh well...

Blutengel✭✭✭While I am disappointed I can understand ZOS doesn't want a repeat of last year where most retailers didn't provide pre-order codes along with the CD code. It was a disaster and took people weeks of tickets and emails to both ZOS and retailers. I am hopeful that next year's chapter has a PCD because I still love physical media and books and those amazing statues!
Maybe later this year they might sell that awesome looking tablet :0? Who knows. I'm still very much hyped for all this.Time for reckless audacity and derring-do!~

The problem last year was for all physical editions though (so CE and standard edition), and they are doing it this year again with the physical standard edition. There it is also stated that Elsweyr preorders will receive the preorder mount when they enter the code from the physical standard edition. So that obviously is not the determining factor here...
Well, physical CE would habe been an instant preorder, but with only a new class and no other gameply features (like BGs and jewelry crafting) besides the zone , which I can still play in the future at my own pace, I'm not even sure I'll purchase the chapter at all now. There's just not enough value in it, especially with an increased price compared to Summerset (in germany at least).1 -

That almost makes me furious. Collector's editions was available on Amazon. Pay nearly half for delivery, wait some time after release to get it, but all right, I can take it.
Other things?
gear.bethesda.net? No delivery to my country. Lootcrates? No delivery to my country. Many other stores? No damned delivery to my country.
EU bethesda store? Terribly expensive statues and nearly nothing else to buy - only Fallout have some nice things. Oh, and pay again a lot of money for delivery.
In my country? Funko, few t-shirts. There exist something else? No-no, nothing more, you are dreaming.

nemisan✭✭✭I've got to say it...as things stand, no physical collectors edition feels like a kick in the teeth for the hardcore loyal supporters of ESO who have spent quite a bit of money in getting all the physical collectors editions to date... someone needs to have a long hard think about what they are doing in regard to not releasing a physical collectors edition.7 -
