If the justice system is adapted to single-out Necromancer abilities, does that mean the class will have an active invisibility skill so they can safely travel through cities and towns?

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Will we ever get new class specific skills or are the current skills set in stone; If so will we get a third morph option that could be an option for skills that excessively lean on one resource type e.g Flames of Oblivion both morphs being magicka yet none being stamina friendly.

Please go into more detail about the racial changes. How you approach them exactly and maybe some examples. We want to know how lost our characters are, or not for that matter.

Does this mean that this mount is allow you to attack folks while mounted? What does this text mean?

Will the ability to change class be added (whether through the store or elsewhere)?

Why is there no physical collector's edition for Elsweyr?
Any plans on a Vulkan renderer coming to Windows?

Are there going to be a lot of nerfs with new update ?

Will we be able to Solo the DLC dungeons? A story mode would be great especially if the dungeons are part of the wider year of the dragon story.

Will there be Justice Reactions to other questionable skills used in towns too? Like summoning Daedra, sucking blood, wolfing out?

Also will this be another closed beta for Elseweyr?

Will there be a physical collectors edition or only digital?

What made you decide to bring Cadwell back, and how will he figure into events?

Think the people only respond if you use spells in towns and see it, like lockpicking/pickpocket.

I think only if you do a necromantic action like raise the dead. It wouldn’t make sense to attack on site if you’re just walking by. If you bring some zombies and skeletons into town with you though, they’re going to have a problem.

It’s kind of how I wish Bosmer could still cannibalize, which is useful in the Wild, but if they are caught by a citizen they incur a heavy bounty.
