I think it's a terrible shame to be fair, people seem to be acting like they aren't even bothering to help with the issue just because they're not talking, I'm sure all the folks at ZOS are working very hard to bring us all back on as soon as they're physically able to do so.

The poor chaps are probably just as stressed as we are... It's their first time doing this and personally speaking, being a great fan of MMO's and having played several I think minor ***-ups aside, they're doing great.

    Best of luck to them!
Hope they get it fixed soon! (:

The trouble is my wasted time is worth more than anything they would be prepared to compensate. The older you get the more precious each minute becomes. If I had known there was maintenance today I would have gone out for dinner and drinks this evening rather than tomorrow when maintenance (and my night out) is actually scheduled for. Double wammy.

Choose your error I say. Awesome game, but wth??

    1. Login access code
    2. Well you're gonna wait for 30 minutes for your email.
    3. And here's the kicker, timeout errors.
    4. And unknown errors
    5. And then back to waiting 30 minutes for your bloody access code.

I have no desire for compensation. Authorization charges take 1-3 days to release. Try calling your bank to have it done faster. It's much easier and much more effective than whimpering on the forums.

I do agree that the whole situation has been poorly handled, but I see no need for compensation.

I am not fighting about the pre-authorization now, I do not even care about it. However, I still believe it was a bad move by them causing those who depend on game time cards to pay immediately for 60 extra days!

Just if one of their support staff comes here and apologizes for this offering maybe a timeframe on which this issue would get resolved would have forced many players to calm down.

Please do not play the "they are all busy fixing it" card, because their customer service are not authorized or experienced to fix anything, and they do have a plenty of time for a sticky forum post or an announcement.

They can get all the time they want to fix the issues they got, as long as they do not charge me for their own mistakes. Isn't that fair? Why do I have to pay for something that is there because of their careless devs.

No Mr. Blind game supporter. I won't get over it, being a newly launched game is not an excuse to plan maintenances at peak times, or have such bugs with no quick response promising to fix it ASAP.

Don't assume that the devs are all careless. It's nearly impossible to create bug-free software. No matter how much testing the game has gone through, bugs are bound to rear their ugly heads. Even if a developer is extremely careful he can miss one tiny little thing that will throw the game off. There are so many variable conditions in the game that it's impossible to account for every unique situation which may or may not happen when users are playing the game. Even if the game runs smoothly and perfectly for a long time, one day a bug that's been lurking around all along may surface.

I am not asking for anything impossible. Of course bugs are possible, all I wanted is them announcing as soon as possible that they got that and that, and that and working for fix everything ASAP.

In case things take hours they should compensate us because we paid them for game time, and its them who are wasting it now.

The BETA didn't have nearly the amount of people that are trying to play now.
