Another tangent for the ever popular spell crafting dream. What is spell crafting or used consumable resources so you would have to find and buy resources to use skills you liked? This could add to quest rewards and bring back life to odd content? What do you guys think?

So, just like poisons are a replacement for enchants, spells would be a replacement for potions...
That would actually make a far more interesting system. Although I wonder if the "ammo" would be so common it's pointless or so rare no one uses it.

You mean that spellcrafting would combine newly introduced mats to create consumable runes (or whatever) that act like potions, presumably with similar longish cooldown?
