You have a dog, you like it, you lived with it for quite a while and has grown attached to it.
You dog got hurt, had one leg incapacitated, he now has a mechanical wheel for movement and can barely play with you.
But then you come across a way to make him fix his leg, but apparently everyone says you should get a new puppy, since it takes no time for it to grow and become a dog. Just scrap the old one and get a fresh start.
Got it now?
Your "dog's" leg isn't hurt at all - there isn't a damn thing preventing your dog from playing with you in any way you choose.
Bull ***.
No one's telling you to "scrap" your old dog. You can have your faithful hound (still quite unbroken) and a puppy - the one has zero effect on the other.
You've seen another dog that catches a frisbee a slightly different way and suddenly determined your old dog less capable, all while he runs, jumps, and plays just fine.
I appreciate the attempt, but your analogy is not only monumentally bad, it's also completely wrong. No, it's certainly not. Again, this is the same counterargument why is should not be an option. It's about earned progress that you cannot replicate on a fresh character in less than a year (or couple).
It's not hard to understand.
You want something else on your main, but you can barely stand to work with a new alt. I don't know what to tell you about your predicament.
While your reasons may be noble and genuine, I suspect there is reason they have not offered this as an option up to now.
In the grand scheme, ,this entire debate serves little purpose, because it will be ZoS (translated: Marketing) that will ultimately decide if they offer this up as an option.
Convince them that it will make them enough money, and I doubt there's much they wouldn't put up in the crown store.

This has already been covered. All I want are at least 2 more character slots, Leveling, doing Undaunted, Mage Guild etc. will give me an incentive to play the game to its full extent again and maybe have some fun along the way.
You'd actually bother doing everything all over again? How much time do you have on your hands...
wayyyy less lol.
1-50 during event is 2 hours,
undaunted is 1 hour per day and you need like 7-9 days to get undaunted 9 if you get most achievements so lets say 9 hours,
mage guild 3 hours,
psijic 2 hours,
and then add all the other stuff you have to do like leveling alchemy, crafting training gear, leveling skilllines etc. and you end up with (lets be generous) 20 hours of playtime before the character is maxed and Raid/PvP-ready.
I am against it, cause it takes away the competition some players are aiming for.
Maybe i want to be the first Grand Overlord Necromancer, maybe i want to be the first flawless conquerer on Necromancer but how can i prove i did it as necro if i have done it on my sorc and then just changed class?

That's terriblethat can't be fun. It's like some people live only to reap absolutely meaningless recognition. Why?
Who cares about titles? If you're really good/bad with a certain class, the illusion of your title vanishes the moment you enter a group.I am against it, cause it takes away the competition some players are aiming for.

Tell that to the people that want a class change token because they dont want to lose said titles / achievements.

*love for the certain character
Those outweighs your "Flawless Conquerer" which you've got with a shield-stacking sorc.

Nice hyperbole but the point still stands.

And you come up with the least important part "titles". Nice "point" you've got there.

The point is, you have no point, you just assume that the majority wants a class change token because of their titles.

I assumed no such thing. It was one reason that many have mentioned. That is all. You are talking in circles.

They have created a crafting system that requires weeks of research and skyshards for exploration, mount lvling that has a daily cooldown but don't create a way for players to change class. That would be fine in of itself, but then they add 2 new classes. I just want my orc main to be a warden. That's all. If I knew warden was gonna be released when I created him as a nightblade I wouldn't have bought the game and just waited til morrowind.

Exactly, how can this not be a thing in a game where it takes years to accomplish everything on a single character... Sigh.
Any input @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert ?

It seems they already said no in yesterday's twitch live, so well, time to go back to rdr2
