    This really isn't good enough for a paid for game.
    1. Don't patch on prime time
    2. Have a mechanism in place to keep the playerbase PROPERLY informed when there are major problems.

    Aye, if people would know if ANYONE is working on this issue, everyone would be more peaceful. This disinformational behavior don`t serves to ZOS`s positive image tho.

    This is just too bad.

    I have always been happy about this game, but this is taking it too far. i'm not paying my hard earned money to be annoyed, without enjoyment. therefore as of now i cancelled my subscription hoping to see some changes before the 30 days runs out, so i have a reason to resubscribe.

    What they need most of all, is to get EVERYTHING re-organized. ever since Early Access started, the feeling i've gotten was that they were totally un-organized. the only organized department seems to be the support one.

    Sometimes I get to the char screen but it never goes further than the next loading screen. Am in Pvp land so maybe thats the fun there.

    Well at least I got to the perma loading screen, mainly it just says an 'error has occured'. Which error you say? Dunno, just 'An Error', yeah good job patching at EU prime time

    I think they have really bad server issue's something is terrible wrong!
    i was in PvP the doors could not break even if we had 0%. the guild info was gone same as the friends section all clean for awhile. then after 20 min i got my guild list and friends list. so something is slow here.

    After several tries I was able to log in again, but my friends and guild lists are gone.
    Some people talk about a patch, was there a patch today?

    Yes, about 40-50 mb patch. Now there is a loading problem which prevents ppl get to the game properly.

    Aye, in the other hand - it`s fresh-baked release and crap may happens - but it would be much better if that crap would happen if everyone sleeps :)

    You still able to play after canceling?
    There is a section in the TOS that says that you need to cancel at least 30 days before sub runs out.
    The way its worded makes it sound as if they will lock you out if you cancel less than 30 days before sub runs out, even if you have time left.
    If You have subscribed for an automatic subscription renewal, You agree that Bethesda may continue charging You on an automatic recurring basis for Your current subscription preferences unless You cancel Your subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the subscription.

    Patches fix things. Whatever this was it wasn't a patch.

    I saw a popup notice when I opened the launcher, but I didnt read it as I thought it was the usual stupid popup about setting up a sub.

    However I noticed before that if I leave the game launcher open while I'm not playing, I get a popup error in the launcher about the game not being properly updated.
    I think thats what happened here now.

    well i was playing. and the guild and the other stuff popped upp later "you joined guild Mantra" a´erm ... kinda did that loong time ago. also other stuff popped up. thats was gone awhile. well it seems like Cryodiil is down .. i cant get in with my character there. its just a loading screen now.

    100% agree. After tonight I'm done.Bug after bug, patching in prime time which has completely broken the game. I'm already feeling conned out of the imperial edition.

    I understand this and I would not have a problem with it, if they would just farking tell us when there is a problem and that they are working on it.

    This complete and utter silence unless people are flooding the forums when there is a problem, is what has people stark raving and hopping mad.

    Its like they dont give a damn about their customers, and just do whatever they want.

    What it says is that they might charge for an extra month if you don't cancel at least 30 days in advance. But even that wouldn't be likely to happen.
    Ofc you can play your 30 days included paytime before being locked out.

    it's implied in the ToS that they can just tab an extra month if they want, but normally they wouldn't under normal circumstances. it's just a legal precausion in case of a situation needing that :)

    Put the poor thing down already so it would be OFFLINE or UNAVAIBLE in status.

    What's the point in server status check if it sucks?

    Guys,

    I think the game is up again. I`ve logged and used wayshrine to Cyrodill and everything is okay for now.

    So log in and get your lvls till the next server off ^^
