Stuck in Betnikh

Hi there...
I just finished all the quests in Betnikh, so I wanted to sail to Glenumbra to continue. Spoke to captain Kaleen to transfer. So far, so good.
Then the loading screen for Glenumbra came aaaaand "An unknown error occured" and I was disconnected. Well, it happens. So logged in again and...umm well...I am still in Betnikh and CAN'T sail to Glenumbra, cause when I now speak to the captain, she only tells me "I swore never to sail with you bla bla bla" and there is NO option to leave Betnikh anymore.
But I have a quest marker "Sail to Glenumbra" which leads me FAR north of the Island Betnikh. What now? Shall I swim or what?!
Anyone with a similar problem?
