Planning the Grand Psijic Manor

Hey all,

Decided to finally get around to planning how I want to finish this house! What does everyone reckon on the list below and I want to hear suggestions! It will be all crafted in game!

Main house
Back - Crypt/Target Skeleton
Left door - Kitchen/Provisioning
Right door - Bedroom
Left front - Dining room
Right front - Lounge
Hall floor - fire pits and throne
Balcony right and left - Trophy’s

Outside
Hill right - Bar
Hill left - Crafting
Left back - Stables
Right back - garden/exotic plants
Hidden exit - daedric Shrine
Left dock - Dock
Right dock - Fishery

I am making mine into my dream library like in beatuy in beast.

My advice on place bigger items first and watch spacing when placing items to add to most of visual effects while saving slots.

Housing is hard. My psijic is just a storage unit atm. All the planning goes into my medium sized home and I still struggle to fill up the space in a way that's suits me.

Mine is mostly finished. Been a couple years in the making, and I have some really cool installations that I've done in that time.

Maybe I'll post it one of these days.

Due to the item limit I closed off the left and right back rooms (suite areas). They felt so different to and secluded from the rest of the villa anyway. Doing that gave me a lot more freedom to furnish and decorate the remaining parts, although I still wish for way more items!
