Would I look badass riding a Dragon? Yes.

Do I want to see them around in the game? I can do without. Even if it meant I would not get to ride one. Ambiance and immersion and other pve words!!!

Honestly? As much as I'd love to see dragon mounts, I don't think they're really plausible. The closest I could probably hope for is a Wamasu.

If I was to want anything dragon-related, though, it would be a dragon-related polymorph. I mean, really! The werewolf lord polymorph makes Khajiit look more like wolves. Why not some sort of dragon lord polymorph that, I dunno, makes races (especially Argonians) look more like a dragon?

If they add dragon mounts they will make all other mounts obsolete, no one will want to ride anything else if they can ride a dragon, also datamines show standard mount types wearing dragon armor so i dont think that is happening
