if it goes anything like imperial city did - there are going to be pvp trolls out in droves pending all their gaming time camping pve players trying to do their town quests.
I mean... every time I've gone for skyshards inside the gates of other alliances in Cyrodil there was at least one person stealthing there with express purpose of killing you before you could finish grabbing that skyshard.
That is because your alliance attacked and opened the gate to start with and are an enemy in their territory.
Most will let you grab the shard before killing you some will not.
Suggest you stealth and use detect pots to make sure it is clear when approaching a shard inside a gate.
Remember you aren't wearing an I am a PvE'r sign. lol

Ye... Only this is a complete bull. Now you know how PvP players feel when they have to farm PvE activities to get their gear.
It's absolutely obvious that most of the time the reasons why players don't like PvE and PvP are completely different.
PvE could be grindy and therefore boring for some players. But that could be easily overcome by most players because it's MMORPG. You just don't play MMORPG and expect to completely avoid any grind at all. People that can't stand it don't play MMORPG usually.
But most people don't like PvP because is stressful, unpleasant, demanding. Because it's kind of the aim of PvP - being a maximum level problem and pain for other players. Of course some people can show a little restraint, but still a conflict is a core of PvP. While for PvE it's some continued process or even cooperation with other players.
So no, it's not even closely the same thing and problem.
https://youtu.be/yxpW2ltDNowNow it can be some enemy who is also after the skyshard but sneak up, see an enemy player and attack.TequilaFire wrote: »HappyLittleTree wrote: »You can just do a PVE Town quest daily and you're good.

1. doesn't matter if I'm pver or pvper. its still a crappy thing to do
2. it may not even have been my alliance.

So IF you want the Indrik, you have to participate in the Event, doin a PVP Daily scout quest is actually very easy....time costly but easy
All Q1 berries will be available through the quarter of their released, so the Dawnwood Berries of Bloom will be available during all of Q1. At the end of the quarter they will be removed from the Impressario’s stocks, as said in the announcement article

Go do the activity for your tickets and suck it up. I didn't really like going back and forth doing new year quests, but I did them for my tickets (:

Some of pvpers still have to farm VDSA for the weapon sets .
ZOS wants PVE and PVP players cross each other for some reasons
I'm a pvper but still pved for my feathers.

These people don't care though. These are the same type of super casuals that ruined wow because they wanted instant gratification. They want things handed to then with no effort involved. Go play mobile games if that's the experience you're looking for, and stop ruining pc games made for actual gamers.WuffyCerulei wrote: »Doing either the town quests or the scouting quests essentially require no pvp out of you. The scouting quests, you just go near a resource or keep, do the scout report, and that’s it. The town quests are just easy daily quests. Nothing more to em.
