Stuck on loading screen after opening scene.

I cannot even get to the character selection screen to create a character as the game runs the opening cinematic with the prophet then sticks on that loading screen. There is no reason for the game to not run on my laptop. It has a nvidia GeForce 520mx graphics card, I7 processor with 2 gz and 4gbs of ram and plenty of disk space. I know it won't run ESO on any good quality setting but it should certainly play it on low! I have run the repair tool and restarted my laptop plenty of times. Could someone please explain what the issue is? It isn't connection either as my partner plays ESO on the same connection.

Same problem as yourself and from reading the forums many others as well. I am on Euro server so am going to install and try NA as no other fixes have helped so far.

Getting the same here, trying to get the fork for Sheogorath, to his immense amusement he decided to place me on an endless loading screen....apparently he has more time than me.
