3rd undead affinity- minions and the like
I picture they would sorta be like mag NB in that they take from their targets and heal the group but that would be a blatant copy, so i picture they may do something akin to the protection priest from WoW, they provide heals but also a crap ton of protection buffs on top of it, but the heals are lackluster due to the buffs they provide (i think that's how they worked, its been years since i last played that game). So they can deal with dungeon healing and can be a good 2nd healer in trials since wardens and templars can provide the big heals already, they can be buffers against incoming damage. Or perhaps through minion usage like summoning ghosts or other things and sacrificing them to provide heals instead of them dealing damage, it would probably be more complex but again just throwing out ideas.
this most definitely needs to be a class passive. And accompanied by an equally bad ass animation.Since Magblades are already sort of necromantic, I'd think it's probably going to be a bunch of siphoning/lifesteal type abilities. Maybe they can rez people with better resources than even Templars or cast an ability that gives someone resurrection sickness once they're rezzed. Maybe long distance team resurrection abilities.

This could manifest in ESO as the necromancer having extremely powerful heals and buffs that also apply debuffs. IE a 30k burst heal that applies major defile for a few seconds or a major berserk buff that also applies minor vulnerability. It would add a level of give and take to the playstyle that's missing from most classes.
