    Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

    IF I could have anything, it would be necromancers bringing a maximum of 5 enemy players back to life, with their outfits and all, but slightly tattered to do my bidding. Killing their friends with their own bodies, and having a mini army of undead to be around me at all time in any place..

    The Likelihood of this happening is in the negatives, but its up to ZoS to bring us something where we know they did the best they could, and made it worth the wait (and the price tag o o f)
    And assuming you used it in an zerg in Cyrodil you managed to kill 5 serious pvp players who almost wiped your zerg.
    They will now be be npc spamming LA.

    Reminds me you could get an reanimate corpse spell in Oblivion: shivering isles who let you raise armies of dead enemies.
    This was very cool, however most did little damage and if some was killed by an raised npc they will be permanently hostile to their killer who kind of killed the undead army idea :)

    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Ok but I’d love to summon a Dremora/Xivkyn companion as a necromancer. Someone did this as a mod in Skyrim and it’s oddly fun having a Daedric companion/marriage partner follow you around.

    Seeing the pets are just so... eh

    This is what worries me. Sorc pets are... underwhelming. Yes, you can make workable builds with them, but taking away 2 slots per pet (in addition to other skills that are often double barred for utility) makes for very uninteresting builds. Plus, pets are pretty stupid, still die in dungeons (my pets kept dying during the Molag Kena fight today) and act much like a regular skill. If Necro pets are any better - and I honestly hope they are - then I expect ZOS to revisit Sorc pets as well.

    Can we finally pretty please not have to double bar our pets? And can we direct our pets to attack a given enemy and not have them immediately default to whichever other enemy we start attacking, e.g. keep some baddies busy while we deal with something else? Maybe even have a few different pet commands instead of just the "target this unless I start attacking something else"?

    All 3 skill lines will have a separate summonable pet. Zos like there play your own way so it has to be able to dps tank and heal

    Am guessing the tank line, maybe a gargoyle,

    dps line maybe daedra xyvkin mag or stam depends on whether melee or range,

    And for heals maybe a blood atronach

    well instead of t-bagging big boss we could raise him from the dead to fight for us!.....the possibilities....I wonder if that means he would keep the big boss ult "summon a randomly high number of pugs to fight for the faction of choice at any given time".

    this was what i had: requires a corpse to summon a zombie. it does not consume the corpse but just summons a zombie at the corpse's location. the zombie wouldn't do much damage or last for long. but you can have many of them. This is for a mass resurrection spell.

    I really hope they do NOT make the abilities niche like this. You're not always gonna have a corpse, it'll just make things too complicated. Just summon stuff from the ground, don't force us to have an actual dead mob or player.

    Pet is good when AI and the system running correctly .

    So far , there are too many bugs related with all pets in the game , ZOS actullay don't really care ...

    I hope it’s not too heavily based on pets like sorcerer. They did a good job making Warden a “pet class” without relying on many real pets (just the bear, since shalks, racers, flies, and netch are just abilities that look like pets). Or even like Nightblade, where you can summon one shade, and other abilities simply fit with the same theme.

    I'd say it will be something like "unholy" Templar. With some sort of pet ultimate? Animal skeleton, flesh atronach, bone colossus?
    It won't have healing tree because Wardens already did that. Im guessing it will have very strong tanking tree. Imagine heavy armored Necromancer, hmmm...

    What i really would like to see is improvement in Soul Trap and its use. Soul Trap themed monster set for example.
    Does anyone slot Soul Trap these days? Seems to me that filled soul gems are too easy to comeby so no one is soul trapping anymore.

    Anyways, im definately going to powerlevel yet another 2 or 3 characters. If we get more character slots that is...

    The reason i suggested this is because of the issues presented in pvp. Players find it hard to target enemies when there are multiple ones nearby. Adding a bunch of zombies into pvp will also *** on the server making it worse. We don't want overpowered zombies. This makes sure to prevent that.

    Why would you use this sort of spell in PvP when its only good during cleanup? It should work great in pve when you use it after you kill a group of adds. This should add dps to other adds and/or the boss.

    Making a group of zombies viable in pvp is a bad idea.

    Too many classes, I was really hoping that Necromancy was a skill line and not a class.

    If there is overlap between Nightblade and Necro, they really should remove the Nightblade, give all Nightblades a Class Change token bound to that toon and merge the trees into the base game.

    Assassination - Dark Brotherhood
    Shadow - Thieves Guild
    Siphon - Soul Magic

    For Assassination and Shadow, allow anybody to become an initiate, so if they do not own the DLC, they can at least acquire the skill line, minus the unique perks.

    I assume (for PvP) that it will involve a lot of OP summons that will snare you, kill you, reserect you again while snared just so they can kill you again. That or the necro will be able to reserct your character and you have to play knowing someone can make your character do whatever whenever for the next hour. Basically ZOS will try to use it to kill whatever PvP is left.

    Great, another garbage pet class, way to go ZOS...that is now 4 CLASSES THAT HAVE COMBAT PETS. Can you dumb down the skill in the game any more?

    I agree, BUT i think it'll either go one of two ways; lots of pets, but the character itself is very squishy with no major defence buff, OR they'll make it like the warden, and it'll have a fair amount of single target abilities maybe from disease, soul based attacks or blood magic

    Sure there will be pets, we already have the indicator for that in game:

    - NPCs raising Flesh Atronach / Bone Colossus
    - NPCs summoning Zombies

    I am sure we'll get at least two skills for pets, the Colossus might be similar to Sorcs Atronach and be an Ultimate, the other one a short timed pet. I don't think Necromancer will get permanent pets though.
