I have been having an issue with setting up my subscription. When it got to the part for putting in CC info I kept getting the "Unable to Authorize" error even though I knew that my card(s) were valid (I tried 3 dif ones including a pre-load one I bought just to try and solve the problem) and that my billing info was correct. I even contacted my bank to see if there was a problem there and they told me that they were not even showing any attempted transactions on my card, which was odd because I probably tried to enter payment info a good 15-20 times. (Personally I think Zeni has an issue with its authenticator) After getting little to no response from Zeni's Customer service, (the first night I encountered this issue I contacted them and was given an extra day to try and figure out what the problem might be, as the banks are closed on weekends. CSR John suggested that it was likely my bank that was declining it....it wasn't....but he was as helpful as he could have been) and spending several hours on hold only to have it disconnect me after holding for exactly an hour (right on the one hour mark) on multiple occasions. I had an epiphany.... I went and created a PayPal account. Ironically I created it using the same card number that Zeni kept failing to get authorization on.....

So I am posting this here incase some of you are running into the same issue. It worked for me. Good luck ~MWT
