I don't think they're worth it. Most mobs have very low HP so the enchant will not even proc once on some of them. As for the bosses, they're also low HP ~1-1.5M, compared to dungeon, let alone trial ones so the difference in DPS won't be much. So unless you're trying to push scores of 600K+, don't bother with it. In trials prismatic enchants are worth it because fights are way longer, with bosses having 50M+ HP (6M+ per DD) so they do make a difference.
