Speculation: Chapter III - what do we know / suspect / expect?

On the other hand Ohmes-raht would be easy to add and the anime catgirl look would be popular.Seems like it will be Elsewyr and it will be nice to see other forms of cat people; u know they born in different forms according to moon phases. But i wonder more the Q1 update. Because it's always a base game update and comes with new special things. Homestead and Outfit system both were Q1 update. So what is coming now?
I don't believe we will see other Khajiiti forms. ZOS has been basically retconning this part of the lore for quite some time.

Now you have multiple Khajiit types and an new race without having to change much. Add them to random khajiit who pop up and perhaps add a few.
Grabs tail, but ZoS managed to mess up senche pretty bad in multiple ways.Grinding just make you go in circles.

✭I will be honestly pissed if they won't continue Meridia's storyline after a bunch of Aylied lore in Murkmire and her role in Summerset. I don't care in which part of Tamriel they'll do that at this point.

Spellcrafting? But I don't see something as massive as that as a free game update. Would make much more sense as the main feature of Chapter III.
But if it's not Spellcrafting what is it then? The things I can imagine for either Q1 or Q2:
- new weapon
- new overworld skill line (Necromancy)
- new class
- new profession (although I think there is nothing left in that regard)
- additional skill line for each class

People seem to think its confirmed to be Elsweyr just because of some characters in Murkmire mentioning it here and there, but its pure speculation on their end. Back with Morrowind, Clockwork and Summerset, there were actual lines of dialogue saying that those areas would be integral to an overarcing plot, nothing like that for Elsweyr. Or any other province mentioned in Murkmire anyway, lol. Until something more is datamined, I wouldn't be too confident about putting all my guessing eggs into the Elsweyr basket. And no, Baandari crates aren't good enough datamining, that could refer to a Khajiit themed dungeon DLC for all we know.So the Dark Elves have weird alien architecture, where people live in mushroom towers and the shell of a giant crab, but the High Elves, the pinnacle of technology, the most magically advanced race in Tamriel, are still stuck in slightly pretty, fairly tall stone buildings? I wish but I'm afraid of how that would be implemented. the implementation may be worse than the cancer which is the animation cancelling meta of dps now.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.1 -

While it is clear that the dragon is Akatosh, my current speculation is that it represents the broken Covenant, thanks to that inept Varen guy. Tharn probably has some dodgy scheme related to the Amulet of Kings that he wants to use.
Personally, I think that the idea of ZOS using a "dragon break" is a player thing. I am not expecting that ZOS will make use of such a thing in any official capacity. It is a weak story move, no matter how much they prop up things around it. At least, not "game wide". I suppose that they could limit it to Cyrodiil. Outside of Cyrodiil, no one pays any attention to Cyrodiil. If they carted Cyrodiil off in the middle of the night, it might be weeks before anyone in Tamriel noticed.
PVP Chapter. I consider this a possibility. It would take a lot of guts to make a PVP Chapter. Dump trucks full of guts. They would probably lose millions in sales if they tried that. Well, unless it was also a PVE Chapter. However, they have not done a real PVP DLC since Imperial City, and it might be time for another. ZunaRoath✭✭✭✭Just a thing I just found. Nothing too official since it comes from the Essential Housing Tools addon. But in the addon, in the FX you can place at your home, there's one called "Sigil, Tablet", the symbol it places is exactly the same from the broken tablet on the Tweet. The symbols from this addon are grabbed directly from the game itself, so it is safe to say this one symbol was already in the game, I can't also find the textures of this symbol in the addon folder. This makes me think that this indeed will bring Spellcrafting.

Starting at 54:00. Just rewatching it now because the Twitter pic really gave me Spellcrafting vibes and I want it to be true.
