Can't see/type guild messages randomly

Sometimes I can't send or receive messages from the guild chat, i don't know why it happens but re-logging doesn't fix it. Does anyone know?

dueldragon✭✭Update: Apparently my messages can be seen, but I can't see any messages. Not even my own. It's only happening in 1 guild chat. I assumed everyone was off for the day.0
