Wait, berry *fragments*?!

I thought it was 1 berry = evolution, as shown in the article and in game. There was no indication that it would take multiple berries per evolution.

That said, if I'm reading this right... Here's what it takes to make *one* *Dawnwood* Indrik:

10 tickets - Feather 1 (Emerald - Witches)
10 tickets - Feather 2 (Gilded - Clockwork)
10 tickets - Feather 3 (Onyx - Undaunted)
10 tickets - Feather 4 (Opaline - New Life)
10 tickets - Berry 1 (Dawnwood Berries of Bloom - Midyear)
10 tickets - Berry 2 (Dawnwood Berries of Budding - Morrowind)
10 tickets - Berry 3 (Dawnwood Berries of Growth - TG/DB)
10 tickets - Berry 4 (Dawnwood Berries of Ripeness - Jester’s)

If correct, the image in the article needs updating.

4 feathers = 1 Indrik
1 Indrik + berry + berry + berry + berry = 1 Evolved Indrik

Basically, that grind you just did to get the base Indrik? Do it all again.

Then do both of those things again if you want the next type.

We're going to get hella tired/bored grinding these events. Guess we're "lucky" they added tickets to the Crown Store. SMH.

    I should've inb4'd this. There are 5 berries, so that's not an accurate representation, either. Perhaps I should be grateful it's not 5.

    Some of the events were already in place and were going to happen anyway. The mounts are just an added bonus IMO.

    80 tickets to get one evolved indrik (80 seasonal quests, or less if several tickets drop per quest)

    Four different evolved indriks, plus the nascent one

    80x4 + 40 =

    360 tickets to get the 5 indrik mounts.


    I most wanted the Pure-Snow indrik, but seemingly I'll have to spend my tickets for Dawnwood indrik first...

    what do you mean have to spend your tickets for the Dawnwood indrik first? Wouldn't you just not purchase any berries until the snow indrik berries are in the store?

    I'm wondering because I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding how the indrik thing works. I only want the dawnwood indrik. Months ago it sounded like I needed 4 berries different berries total (one of each type for some reason) or 4 of the same berry (dawnwood indrik berries for the dawnwood indrik) but now it sounds like I only need one dawnwood berry to get the dawnwood?




    edit-nevermind I think you mean you want other indriks too, not just snow

    Thanks for this thread. It was super helpful for me in deciding to stop caring about the event tickets altogether from now on. Way too much grind for some dumb cosmetic item that is apparently going to be attainable with crowns soon. No thanks.

    Collect 10 berry fragment fragments to get one berry fragment! collect 10 berry fragments to get one berry! collect 3 berries to evolve your pokemon- I mean indrik. BTW the fragments have a 0.01% chance to appear every time you run a vet HM dungeon and only on Vet HM. also only in DLC dungeons or the harder non DLC ones.
    Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

    You call that a grind? It was 3 tickets/day during the undaunted, and all it took was a random normal. Done daily for 7 days, that's a feather, plus 11 tickets waiting to buy the next feather when it dropped.

    The grind to get 12 Charity Writs was much worse, having to do those inane quests from Breda on multiple toons per day until I got 12. After that, it was 1 quest/day to get the gold box and the ticket.

    Only if it was items leading up to crown only houses I would have done it but for a mount reskinned 5 times not really

    Not me, I’m going to keep buying feathers with my extra tickets until the specific berries I want come out. I don’t want the Dawnwood color so instead of wasting tickets I’ll use them to buy feathers for a second indrik after I evolve the first one.

    Personally I wish they’d release all the berries at once so I can start on the color indrik I really want.

    360 total if you want all 5 mounts. If there are a couple you don't really like, it's much easier.

    If you were on the forums soon after the Indrik announcement and saw the clarification posts, you would have known that getting all 5 would be possible, and have been planning for it. That would have meant participating as much as possible to get tickets, buying the feathers as they came available, and buying extra feathers on a designated alt any time earning more tickets would put you over the 12/12 threshold. Hopefully you're going into the next event with some extra tickets, and after you get 10 to buy your berry, keep accumulating them, buying missing feathers so that you can summon a new Nascent after you evolve your current one.

    They’d be better off releasing all types “Bloom” berries in Q1, then the next type of berry in Q2, and so on because yeah if people don’t want a particular mount there is very little to keep them participating in the events during the season of the evolution they don’t care about.

    Better everyone experience a slow build up to evolutions (possibly multiple if they collect feathers through the year too) than have months of downtime for a good chunk of players when they inevitably hit an evolution they’re not so fond of.

    @emilyhyoyeon - You need the four separate Dawnwood berries (40 tickets total) and the Nascent Indrik. See my original post in this thread; that's the "recipe" for it. Lucky for you, you want the first one. You can stop after that. The rest of us will still be eyetwitching our way through subsequent events for more tickets.

    Also, the five already are reskins. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Lol.

    The real fun will be when you can buy the OG Indrik skins you missed, but they'll be pay-gated for 600 crown gems. Good god.

    It depends on how many tickets future events give. So far we've had a minimum of 1 ticket per day and a maximum of 3, which means it would take between 120 and 360 event days to get all the indriks.

    How long it will be in real time is difficult to say. There isn't an event every single day, and people will miss days for various reasons. But it sounds like ZOS expects at least some people to be able to do it by the end of 2019.

    You don't have to get all mounts you know.
    You can keep and stay at any of the levels of evolution or not evolve it at all.

    Me...I got my 4 feathers and my mount. Whether or not I farm for more tickets for berries is still up in the air.
    The events are coming too quick with little down time in between so I may do that mayhem event more for AP and telvar than for more tickets.

    Deleted both of the first two feathers when the third event started. It's just too boring and wasteful to my time to care about a skin.

    Now if it had special passives, was faster, etc., I'd probably still be participating.

    So they don't care that I don't need to play until the end of 2019 so I can start collecting berries for the only one I care to morph, the snow indrik?
    Do they really think I'm gonna waste away for every single mount through every single event in 2019? I doubt I'll care about this by then. Alexa, remind me not to care about an annoying, barking mount again.

    As someone who did these events the first time they were created, I see the it as a way of trying to get us to do them again, and again, and again.

    If they were any good, they could come up with new events rather than just adding new rewards every year.
