I have two accounts to play at home, and have just built a new PC. When trying to play one account, and requesting a code to play or sign in on the PC, I don't get any emails. It's a French email address with FR at the end. I submitted the ticket on 31st December, but I haven't seen any updates - so emails may still be not getting through from you.
This account is working fine, and I get the emails to a Gmail account.
It's frustrating, so is there anything you can do to check. Or should I run a request to change the email address?
