It's nice that I'm not stressed about "missing" days and "losing" the jackpot, and that rewards are not so amazing that I go out of my way to "accomplish" the login quest. January is nice and relaxing, and the instant all research is what I'm really looking forward to

✭✭I like gold, and I'm always short so 100k is nice for me. I missed out the last time they did this because I couldn't log in every single day for it (I'm a teacher and sometimes I get suck at work grading papers and preparing lessons and don't have time to log in on a day). This time they made it more attainable which is a great help to me. As a fully casual player who mainly weekends, I like the freebies. I like that they are increasing some of them too, like 2.5k TV instead of just 500-1k like in previous months. I like the free AP. I like most of it except the poisons. I'm not going to lie, I do miss the free crown crates, but 100k gold is more valuable to me as opposed to a handful of gems I might get or most of the crown crate crap I usually get.HEARTHLIGHT - A guild for housing enthusiasts! ✭Wow, we are a petty bunch are we not? Complaining about free stuff? While the loot is good or not, only one comment about the GOOD that Zenimax actually did? Usually I am harsh on Zenimax, but I believe we need to give the kudos here.
After all only 21 days for a pet, and 23 days to get 100 000 Gold. Didn't we rake over4 Zenimax for "forcing" us to almost log in EVERY DAY to get 100 000 Gold? Now we can miss a week and not worry we miss out.
Day 21: "Noble Riverhold Senche-Lion Cub" (Pet)
Day 23: 100,000 Gold
So to Zenimax, I give you Kudos for listening to us for those who can't log in everyday and still give us the ability to claim the "best" prize in a shorter time.
Sometimes it is shameful to be a member on these forums here sadly.

✭✭✭Can't wait for the pet.I found the rewards to be lack luster. 100k gold can be gotten in a days time playing the game. A pet is kind of meh. Yes, I understand some collect pets but even in that context it is meh.
It's a nice pet, though.

✭✭✭Looks like the cub pet is the dirty-looking Noble Riverhold Senche-Lion's, um, baby. The Noble Riverhold Senche Lion is a mount on the crown store right now. Question. Why is this mount so dirty looking? Why can't it be white as snow? I am still waiting for a perfectly white cat mount.
Also, I looked up Riverhold and it's apparently a town in Elsweyr. I mean, they are teasing us, right, with the Riverwood Chicken (Skyrim) and the Riverhold Senches (Elsweyr) ...
I like the Riverhold - it has beautiful blue eyes, which look nice with the greyish brown fur.
