Seems like daily rewards get worse every month. Yeah giving us 100k gold is fine but come on ZOS, we know you're doing it so you don't have to give out stuff with actual value.

Wait how much is hakeijo or whatever the telvar rune is? Is this enough to buy the rune for a prismatic glyph?

Edit: spelling and it looks like they are 5k tel var each, so this is enough for 2 of them.

Hakeijo costs around 9,5k in PC EU.

You get 103k gold this month, enough to buy almost 11, or 8 Prismatic Glyphs (they use Kuta too).

These are seeming to appeal to new players only anymore, which is fine I guess. Long time players don’t actually need (want?) any of these for the most part. I will say, just looting the AP will level your Assault and Support lines for those who avoid PVP.

Didn't realise that. Yeah, 10k Tel Var is pretty nice, at least for me, because I can't physically enter the Imperial City without suffering an anxiety attack. I'll eventually get enough Tel Var from Daily Rewards in order to buy those Storage Chests.

It's a shame there isn't even a single crown crate to spice things up a bit, the gold will come in handy to non-traders like me but otherwise there's nothing really worth having - especially for PvEers during the last 8 days when it's just APs and TVs. As for the pet, well you can only have so many.

I think that's because older players already have enough incentives to log in every day, like writs and dailies. New players don't care about these (maybe the daily random dungeon) so the objective of this system is to push newer players to log in more often. Maybe by doing this, they boost their daily player numbers and make the game more appealing to investors.

100k....I could buy me another house. I could buy things I really shouldn't. I could buy things I should. On a side note... I will never have to buy ambriosma this rate. Got like 37 in the bank of xp scrolls. I wasted 3 just to level up one skill cause I am lazy.

You can also obtain chests with writ vouchers.

Well there's not a lot of point in having free stuff if it's of no use to you. Personally, I'd just like the choice to enable and disable things like login rewards and hirelings as I don't always want to be bothered with them when I log in every day, especially when it's stuff that's of no use to me.

ZOS can take out the 500 gold, 1k gold and 1.5k gold as well as the AP 2k. At minimum they should give you 5-10k. Some 20ks. It's not like it costing them anything to give us better rewards.

Absolutely agree. I got RotW box again this week with the 4k AP reward. Works for me. And the pet's a kitty! Yay! Plus 100k gold.... that really a great thing for my new (second) account - though of course I sent the main on that one 500k already.... I'm not going to do ESO+ on it for a while. So she's gonna have to buy a very expensive scrub horse at the stables I guess.

Majority of Hakeijos on the market are from boss farmers and not gankers. They are much more likely to list huge amount of Hakeijos to sell. And a farming team with 2-3 people in Imperial Physique with one extra "lookout" on a different alliance is pretty much impenetrable for gankers. Gankers are much more likely to just buy alchemy mats for personal use with Tel Var

Oh well. The crates were nice while they lasted. This is okay, but not exciting, but, I'm not sure if that's, "okay," or not.

I mean, the goal of the login rewards is to keep people coming back regularly. I feel like the crates do that better, though, it's possible that the massive crate payouts oversaturated the gem economy. Even so, I feel like there'd be more incentive to throw money at the crates if you were getting a steady flow of gems from the login rewards. Simply because if you're 20-30 gems off a neat prize, you're more likely to spend money to buy the crates to get the gems, than you are to buy enough to buy that thing raw.

Having said that, I don't have access to ZOS's sales data, obviously, so maybe this doesn't work for them.

Also, still kinda hoping we'll see some service tokens mixed in to these moving forward. Giving players a limited supply of race change tokens would do wonders for squelching any complaints over passive changes.

I found the rewards to be lack luster. 100k gold can be gotten in a days time playing the game. A pet is kind of meh. Yes, I understand some collect pets but even in that context it is meh.
