✭✭✭✭✭The Elder Argonian Motif will be available after the new year. Chapters can be obtained occasionally from completing Delve, Village, and Group Boss Daily Quests in Murkmire - just like the Dead-Water Motif.
The Style Item for the Elder Argonian style, Hackwing Plumage, is available from the same sources.

Obviously,but what you are not mentioning is that it says after a certain date.That is probably the same day they put it in the crown store.As they have been doing that lately.
Yes, I think you are right. My guess is that they are suspending the release a few months so that they can put the motif in the crown store during Q1 instead of during Q4. There's probably some internal directive about having x amount of certain items or items at x value in the store per quarter. In my mind that's really the only way to explain the otherwise nonsensical decision to delay the release of 1/2 of the Murkmire motifs and 1/2 of the Wolfhunter motifs.PS4 NA
